As the foundation of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing all of Shopgate’s outbound lead generation/lead development efforts. This includes prospecting, building rapport with potential customers, delivering the Shopgate value, and most importantly, selling. You will work hand and hand with the sales team to deliver market ready leads that have a high probability of closing. As a true business consultant, you will have to learn the in’s and out’s of mobile commerce and out SaaS solution. Successful Sales Support Specialists will have the opportunity to join the sales team in a year or less. This position’s salary also includes bonuses on revenue generated from appointments set.

You will be asked to perform basic office duties in addition to setting appointments.
What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis:
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Schedule online product demonstrations for sales team.
Team up & work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales communication with targeted customers.
Develop a strategy with Account Management team to conduct proactive outbound calling tactics to penetrate and teach best practices for our customers.
Consult & team with internal sales to ensure quality of demonstrations being scheduled.
Crush daily/weekly/monthly business development activity requirements and revenue goals.
Forecast, track and report performance in our proprietary CRM.
Maintain CRM records.
