Our customers‘ needs are our number one priority! We make it a point to answer all of their questions, ensure comprehensive (technical) customer support and help online merchants get on board. As a Student Worker (m/f) you will work under the direction of Shopgates Service Engineers and support the general day-to-day operations in all customer-related issues. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Assist our Service Engineers to support online merchants at the technical interface between their shops and the Shopgate system (e.g. graphics, cms files)
Assist and support our Service Engineers on urgent customer requests

Test the customers product and identify and report QA issues
Other special projects if assigned

Your Profile

  • Be a Junior or Senior working on a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or some related area
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to sudden changes and issues
  • Very organized and capable of supporting the work of others​
  • Service- & result-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
